Carolina offers spiritual mentorship, embodiment coaching, and personal growth support. This work is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatry, psychological counseling, nor any licensed healthcare service. The services provided do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any illness, disorder, condition, or disease.
You understand that you must seek the advice of a licensed medical or mental-health professional for any physical or psychological condition, and that spiritual mentorship is complementary support. You enter all sessions and programs voluntarily and are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual wellbeing.
2. Personal Responsibility
By engaging with this website, sessions, or programs, you agree:
You are responsible for your own decisions.
You will not use the services as a replacement for medical or psychological care.
You will not stop medication or treatment without consulting your licensed provider.
You understand that results vary between individuals and depend on your own readiness, commitment, and circumstances.

While this work can be deeply transformational, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. You understand that your progress depends on your own willingness, integration, and participation.
4. Testimonials & Feedback
This website may feature testimonials from time to time. They are examples. While these testimonials are accurate and honest portrayals of actual clients or customers sharing their opinions about our website, products and/or services, they are not a guarantee that all clients or customers will have the same, similar, or better experience. If you voluntarily send me a testimonial, message, or feedback and give explicit consent for it to be shared, you grant me permission to use it for marketing and educational purposes.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of spiritual and mentorship work, I do not offer refunds on sessions, coaching packages, digital materials, or programs once purchased.
Conditions:
If you miss a 1:1 session without notice: the session is forfeited.
If you need to reschedule, you must contact me at least 24 hours in advance.
For group programs, workshops, and containers: once you join, your place is reserved and non-refundable.
Payment plans must be completed in full unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
This is standard practice in mentorship and coaching, and is compliant with EU law when clearly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on www.spirituallynina.com—including Mujer Medicina content, sessions or any other program offerings, videos, meditations, PDFs, course material, images, branding, design, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Carolina Montalban González.
You may not copy, share, resell, publish, alter, distribute, or reproduce any material without explicit written permission.
Sharing my work without permission is considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
